I  have a question on IRB.  I have a 2821 router doing bridge groups.  Is  there a way to make set the protocol to RSTP?  I tried to do it, but  RSTP is not an option that's listed.  Can one of you gurus let me know?

Hello,

Unfortunately, for the IRB feature on 2811, only the legacy 802.1D STP is supported. There is no support for Rapid STP nor Multiple STP on any current ISR routers. Also, these routers speak only the IEEE 802.1D, they do not support the PVST/PVST+ as far as I know.
