Hi
Cisco 2851 will defintely bring in the support for both DHCP and NAT but it all depends on how you have placed the routers at presend and wht you exactly want them to serve.
Below links talks about configuring nat and dhcp on routers.

if you need more assistance do post out the sample toplogy of how your routers are placed as well as about how the connectivity is getting terminated.

Hi,
We need advise on how the to accomplish this.
The two routers are placed in two gegraphically separate locations and are going to be connected using Point to Point T1 connection of our ISP.
Router A is in the main office and B is in a remote satalite office.
B is the switch which needs to do DHCP and NAT and A may just need NAT or if we could just discard NAT from both sides if possible. I don't think we are concerned about security, since it is a Point to Point connection. And the ISP is going to use MPLS.
I've attached a diagram of how it is now and how we would like it to be once we accomplish the change.
Thank you
