Hi-
I'm looking to add an SFP module for our 3825 router. Initially, I was going to procure the following items:
HWIC-1GE-SFP
GLC-LH-SMD: MMF and SMF, 1300-nm wavelength, dual LC/PC connector
... but found out that the HWIC-1GE-SFP is 'end of sale'.
I searched online and I think the new part is EHWIC-1GE-SFP-CU. The Cisco page says that it's supported on the 2900 and the 3900 series, but I didn't see anything for the 3800.
Can anyone confirm that the EHWIC-1GE-SFP-CU module is supported on a 3800?
Many Thanks!

As the data sheet specifies, it is not supported on old routers.
