3845 router Fatal error interrupt

Router 3845 appears to stop working, restart the router, the device is working properly, this failure phenomenon has appeared two times I have c3845-advipservicesk9-mz.151-2.T2.bin upgraded to c3845-advipservicesk9-mz.151-4. M3.bin, been unable to find the reasons, experts to help me see. I have uploaded show tech, crashinfo, Output Interpreter

2. Reload the device with each successive module and check to see if a certain

You can try updating IOS again just for a chance, if still trouble device is proved fauly and needs replacement.

If I upgrade IOS, fault still, what according uploaded show tech, crashinfo, Output Interpreter, which can probably judge the hardware broken? Router has three boards, a chassis, experts suggest, thank you!
