3925E ISR G2 SFP Configuration

Hello All,

I have inserted 2 SFP modules in 3925E ISR G2 router and need to connect fiber to it. I just want to confirm to make the SFP up and working do i need to configure any commands under the interface configuration to make the link up.  or those are plug and play

Please can anybody update me the same,

Hi,

You don't need to add any command.  As long as you "no sh" the interfaces, the fiber patch cables and SFPs are not defective, the ports should come up as soon as you plug them in.
