404 on SDM with any 15.4 XY ios

ok guys I am using the 12.415 T3 with SDM software and I am getting invalid powers levels on my wireless setup so I was advised to try the XY2 ios but when i try to use SDM i get 404 with any release of XY.

ok I have tried 12.4.15-XY, XY1 and XY2 all give me 404 when i try to use SDM from the router or the wireless GUI.

I tried 12.4.15T1, T3 and T4 all give me invalid power levels when i try to configure the wireless.

So XY wireless works fine but I get 404 errors with SDM and Wireless GUI and the T ios gives me invalid power levels with wireless.

Any ideas or suggestions?
