4321 - Module NIM-2GE-CU-SFP IOS-XR version needed

We have a Cisco 4321 IOS-XR that we need to install a NIM-2GE-CU-SFP.  We currently have this image installed as of now.

isr4300-universalk9.03.13.04.S.154-3.S4-ext.SPA.bin

Will the above version support the module in italics above?

Not compatible.  

Minimum IOS XE version is 3.15.X.
