4321 router boot problem

hi,

suddenly I ahve problem with router after power outage .... stuck in loop. Any way out of this?

Can you break into ROMMON? 

If you can, provide the first SEVEN characters of the serial number.

yes I can get ROMMON, but how to see serial from it?
