Do we have to purchase a separate license to enable ASR 20G throughput

we have purchased licenses for the 2x10G interface in our ASR-1001-X, license FLSA1-BIN-1X10GE=

the question is, do we have to purchase a separate license for enabling the 20G throughput or it will be included in the above license?

another question, does this license only come in PAK form or we can use it as smart license? any guide will be appreciated.

Not correct.  The license only unlocks ONE (1) SFP+ port (not two).

And no, fries are not included.
