Dear All
Please help me in this confusion, i was reading the BCMSN study guide and found out that in order to configure GLBP the platform need to of 6000 series, howerver i am now working on 4500 seried switches and my senior has stated that it works on them. is it posiible if yes then how?
i will appreciate a quick reply

Your senior is right. The 4500 series switches support GLBP.

Sometimes books are inaccurate, or outdated. GLBP is essentially a variant of HSRP. Therefore, it is available on virtually ALL Layer-3 Cisco platforms running IOS.
