7200 reboot due to power-on

Dear all,

This morning my customer's 7206 vxr rebooted due to power-on. I have found some info stating that this is a known issue if certain modules are installed. One of these modules is a PA-4E, which they do have (along with a PA-4T+ and C7200-I/O). The router is running 12.2(1) code. Does anyone know the fix? Perhaps I need to open a TAC case?

Can you post out the o/p of the show logs which displays the error (if u have captured) and also any errorneous line with your show version o/p..
