7603-S DC PSU

Hi;

I have a 7603-s with dual DC power supply when I perform show environment I have on PSU 2 message no DC active; and when I performe show power I got that both PSU are working bellow the show:

 It seems both power suply are ok but power supply 2 is not receving current.

but is PSU 2 is not receving power it should  not show state on in show power; if I unplug the cable or shutdown the power source for the PSU the state change

@mohameddz you are right.  

Unless it is receiving but less than it should. But here is just a long shot

 Did you try to remove the power supply and plug it again?
