You could try newer ADSL firmware. Search the forum about it.
However, you have high attenuation D/S. That may be caused by bad weather wetting splices.

Great advice thanks. I'm now running at 1.3MBps
Applies to:
Routers - Cisco 857, Cisco 876, Cisco 877, Cisco 1801, Cisco 1802
Modules - HWIC-1ADSL1, HWIC-1ADSLI, HWIC-ADSL-B/ST, HWIC-ADSLI-B/ST
To check the firmware version run the following command.
show dsl interface atm0 (atm0 will be different when using modules)
If the firmware version is lower than 3.0.10
Go to [ftp.cisco.com]
and download the most current ADSL firmware
save the file to your computer rename it to adsl_alc_20190.bin
Upload it to the router either via SDM or any TFTP software and reload your router
check that the update was successful by running show dsl interface atm0
