I'm asking because I don't get the concept of carrier-delay among the commands used by ncs5508.
Q1. I understand it as an instruction to prevent the occurrence of link flapping by giving delay to the alarm that the link is down, but is it correct that I understand?
Q2. Why is there a delay for both up and down for the up/down link, but only for the up?
