Good morning,
We cannot download the ISO for the 8300 series router. How can we get our account upgraded to facilitate this request? Can someone point me in the right direction?

as long you have device and you have contract you should able to download.
if not contact TAC or accounts people to sort that for you.

Yes we have several of the 8300 devices, to my understanding they were bought on another contract, but for the same company.
