Hi all,

We have two ACS servers the primary has a hardware issue and not boot up, the secondary works fine. 

The question is , when the users  try to login to the switches or core switches they get an ACCESS DENIED.

the secondary has all the users replicated from the primary ACS.

ACS 4.1 retired Long ago, you need to login to ACS and see what is the Logs show ?

Do you have to fallback config to the local account on the switches? (if so try that account) - looks for me you lost connection to ACS
