Hi Everyone,
I have a 800 series router with ADSL/VDSL built in. I am using ADSL2, PPPoA over POTS.
The router is dialing and is getting config from my ISP, but it is saying it can't install the default route. The ppp light is lit and if I enable some acls I see some packets from outside being rejected, but I can't ping any external IP address, not even the default route IP.
I have a home user ADSL2 modem and that connects fine and gets the same default route. The Cisco router does get an external address though ipcp, but I can't ping that either, with or without acls set up.
I have uploaded the ppp negotiation debug log, as well as the config. I know the NAT and DHCP settings aren't configured correctly, but I am just focusing on getting some basic connectivity working. I have the same issues when there are no NAT or firewall settings at all.
Any ideas?

Hello
Have you tried removing ppp ipcp and just using the default
no ppp ipcp dns request accept
no ppp ipcp route default
no ppp ipcp address accept

I'll try that tonight, thank you.

Unfortunatly I had the same results without the ppp ipcp lines.
