All external mails dropping

Hi,

For past two days all the external mails from outside world are dropping. Nothing is altered on our side of the router. Checked the router configs. Every thing seems to be fine.

Since I am new to this, i am pretty much confused and don't know how to proceed further. How to force all the external mails to point my mail server ??

This is likely not a Cisco/networking issue. Your server may have been blacklisted or need some other modification. I have enclosed two link with lots of general info on the subject.

Feel free to post another topic if you find out that you have networking trouble. Please put in sufficient detail, otherwise we will have to guess which might be less effective.
