upgraded version of another Cisco product within a same price range.
The entire statement is an oxymoron.
Any Cisco product which is an upgrade of a previous version is, a minimum, 30% more expensive than the previous version.
What is the reason for upgrading the 3945E?

HI Joseph,
Thanks for your reply.
I am considering Cisco 4451 router for up-gradation from C3945E and just wanted to know that whether Cisco 4451 is compatible with HWIC-2FE modules or not?
I want atleast 5 Routed interfaces for the connectivity on the node.
Kindly revert.
Thanks
