I recently purchased the new LG Venice from Boost Mobile. When I try to connect to wifi using my home router, ISP Time Warner Cable, i get the message "Authentication problem." I know the password is correct. I was told by TWC to contact Cisco. I don't know what the issue isbut need it resolved asap. Please! I need step by step instructions.. I don't understand all that mumbo jumbo technological terms.

Hi Rhianne,
I'm going to investigate with our development team to see if we can locate the source of the problem on our end. I will also send you an email directly... there are a few details we'll need.
Regards,
Dave Dubé

Hi Rhianne,
I sent an email to the one listed in your customer profile at 8:56AM EST... can you check your junk folder just in case? If you still don't see it, send me an email at djdube@cisco.com, and let me know the best way to contact you.
Regards,
Dave

Hey, mate you need to factory reset your mobile phone to solve the problem. This works for me also. I get this guide from here. https://techorhow.com/android-wifi-authentication-problem/
