Hello - I am looking for the command to find the current Memory Utilization in Cisco 4331 Router. I tried various commands. Each command gives different value. Can you please help me to find the exact way to find the Memory Utilization
rtr2#sh version | in physical
16777216K bytes of physical memory.

rtr2#show processes memory

You are using correct syntax
First one shows Physcal Memory installed in the device, next 2 comands shows the utlisation.

Thanks - If this below command shows the utilization, which of the two lines should be used for calculating the Routers memory utilization?
The first line shows only 339MB is used and 7.6GB is free
The second line shows only 832B is free, which sounds bad
rtr2#show processes memory

if you issue show version will give you below example : which tell you what is your hardware installed memory.
example :
#sh ver
cisco ISR4431/K9 (1RU) processor with 1648789K/6147K bytes of memory.
Processor board ID XXXXX
32768K bytes of non-volatile configuration memory.
4194304K bytes of physical memory. - 4GB RAM
6598655K bytes of flash memory at bootflash:.
show process memory command. Note that the following commands display only information that is within Cisco IOSd, and it does not indicate memory use in the Cisco IOS XE operating system.
