Any show command on a dead network ?

I have a Cisco 2501 (Router A) subscribe to 2 different services provider for about 3 years.

Serial 1 connect to ISP X

Serial 0 connect to ISP Y

Yesterday, I connect my (2501 Router B) to a new office and remain subscribe to same services provider.

However, I find that On the (router B) serial interface0 is dropping packet.

Is any show command or any command I can check on the Router A ? Because I suspect the

problem has occured before I disconnect Router A.

hi,

you should focus troubleshooting on your current router (2501 Router B) using show commands, i.e

show interface serial 0 - to check for congestion or bad cable (refer to reliability)

you could also report to your ISP to check if there's any issue on their side.
