Anyone else seeing bad WIC's?

Every since we've upgraded to 12.4(12), we've seen our T1 DSU V2 WIC cards go bad with a %SERVICE_MODULE-4-WICNOTREADY error message in the log file. I haven't had a single occurance at my 50 sites with V1 WICs but it happens sporadically with V2 WIC at my other 50 sites. Only recommendation TAC has come up with is reseat the WIC or it's bad, but I think it's awful coincidental that it's all over the place, it only happens to routers running 12.4(12), and only on V2 T1 WIC cards. Anyone else seeing this problem?

1) Check if you are using the software release compatible with your card. In the following URL, http://www.cisco.com/en/US/support/tsd_most_requested_tools.html, use the Software Advisor tool to get the information.

2) Issue the command "clear service-module" and reload the router.
