Applying policy-map to two interfaces

Am applying a policy map to

1. gig0/0
2. interface vlan x

If i apply to either one only it is ok but if i apply it to the other interface it says ''configuration fail''.

Am not also given the option to apply it to a particular interface as the one below

service-policy  QoS_policy interface inside

Routers 1921

             2801

Any help with this please?

You might've typed wrong command

There might be something wrong with policy map configuration.  Do Post policy map configuration.
