appxk9 and securityk9 features are not getting registered on cisco smart software portal

Hi All,

I have upgraded ISR4451 with IOS version 16.9.4 and enabling smart licensing.

After reboot I found that only foundation and Hsec feature is registered and rest of the features are not. I have balance licenses for appxk9 and securityk9.

Could you please any one help me into it.
