ASA inner routing

I use asa 5505 as a home router. It allows me to have only 2 vlans. Is this going to work?

Yes, that's a quite common setup to have an internal L3-switch with a dedicated transfer-network between ASA and L3-switch. And in this setup you only need two VLANs on the ASA.
