how do i create static route for my inside interface (192.168.9.0/24) and my ouside interface (94.80.123.63)?

Generally Inside IP address are NATed with External IP address. - what is the Goal of this excerise ? to understand better
if you like to add some static route.
Example :route outside 10.10.10.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.1
