ASR 10001 Netflow stopped working after IOS upgrade

Hi, Netflow on ASR1001 worked fine untill upgraded to asr1001-universalk9.03.13.03.S.154-3.S3

The configuration is given below

flow exporter FlowExporter1

 description Export to Produban

 destination XX.XX.XX.XX

 source Loopback1

 transport udp 9995

 export-protocol netflow-v5

flow monitor FlowMonitor1

 description Emulate traditional NetFlow

 exporter FlowExporter1

 cache timeout inactive 900

 cache timeout active 60

 record netflow ipv4 original-input

interface  Gix/y/z

 ip flow monitor FlowMonitor1 input

 ip flow monitor FlowMonitor1 output

It was asr1001-universalk9.03.07.02.S.152-4.S2

the collector has stopped getting interface flows

I have same problem. after upgrade ios from 9.03.10.7h

 upgrade to 9.03.13.8, and netflow stop working.
