ASR 1001-X Auto PW interface creation

Hi,

 when we are creating the l2mpls circuit in ASR 1001-X then automatically pseudowire interface is generating.

why it is generated? how to delete the interface?

because of this we could not able to recreate the circuit session. 

when we tried to create the session the its throwing the below error

% PW interface still being unprovisioned, retry later

there are numerous bugs related to this error message. Which command do you type, that is, which command generates the error ?

when i am trying to configure the " xconnect <IP> <PW-ID> encapsulation mpls" command it trigers the above error
