ASR 1002 error

Anyone know what this error means:

%CMCC-3-PLIM_STATUS: SIP0: cmcc: A PLIM driver informational error TXSPI0 Async FIFO High Data ECC1 Error, param 17 param c8

I am getting this on my new ASR1002 configured as follows:

Chassis type: ASR1002

Looks like a line card needs replacing. Problem solved.

This is seem to be as  bug. please have a look on the below.

CSCsv71393 Bug Details

ASR: %CMCC-3-PLIM_STATUS observed on SPA
None

Symptom:
%CMCC-3-PLIM_STATUS: SIP0: cmcc: A PLIM driver informational error RXSPI3 DIP4 Error, param 16 param 1 observed on SPA

Conditions:
When traffic is sent at higher rates on SPA-8XOC12-POS SPA, CMCC-3-PLIM_STATUS errors are seen and some packet drops would be observed on the SPA.

Workaround:
None
