ASR 1002 management interface

Has anyone noticed any physical problems with the management interface on the ASR line (1002 in particular)?

We move the cable just a small amount, and the link light goes out.

Logical config/setup is correct.  We've burned through a pile of cables, same behavior. 

Have you seen a router that makes you wonder if there is a bad solder joint, bad socket, etc?

I just purchased 12 x ASR 1002 routers and have this problem will all of them.  I had to secure the Ethernet cable with a zip-tie to the side to ensure there is link.  It appears to be a problem with the port as the cable is very loose.  

Very Frustrating.  See Attached.
