ASR 901 can't use flexi ports

Hi,

As title says, I have a new ASR901 fresh from the box. I'm unable to no shut port 10 or 11 which I believe are flex ports. I recieve an error "license-request_failed:"

I believe I understand that I need to activate a license of some sort but after installing the license file from flash I still get this error.

Has anyone had this issue before?

problem solved. had to shut the corresponding port on the the front half of the ports.
