ASR 903 BFD dampening

I try to configure BFD dampening on a Cisco ASR903. Does anyone have an idea what license level or software allows me to do that? Up to now I had not success using metroaggservices or metroipservices (17.5.6).

Which RSP ? 1,2 or 3 ?

RSP 2 with vers IOS version 17.3.1 is Ok

Thanks a lot for the matrix. It's RSP3 that I have, so bad news for me. You don't know by accident, if there are any plans to integrate the feature on RSP3?
Anyway, thanks for the fast reply. That already clarifies why I have not found the possibility to configure it.
