Hi Team,
I'm facing some issues to get the 10gig throughput license activated on an ASR1001-X. I have already ran the command license install ftp://xxxxx:xxxxx@X.X.X.X/license_file.lic, but the show license output still displays Active, Not in Use. Any ideas? Please see below:
Index 29 Feature: throughput_10g
Period left: Life time
License Type: Permanent
License State: Active, Not in Use
License Count: Non-Counted
License Priority: Medium
Thank you in advanced

Hello,
I think you have to use the 'license boot' command, or the 'license clear' command, which then should prompt you to accept the EULA.

Hi,
Thanks for the answer, but the license boot command doesn't display the throughput_10g feature, please see below:
Router(config)#license boot level ?
adventerprise Advanced Enterprise License Level
advipservices Advanced IP Services License Level
ipbase IP Base License Level
ZALDA12-R14(config)#license boot suite ?
AdvUCSuiteK9 Advance UC Suite
FoundationSuiteK9 Foundation Suite
I have done the license clear, but still appears as Active, not in Use, please see below:
Index 29 Feature: throughput_10g
Period left: Life time
License Type: Permanent
License State: Active, Not in Use
License Count: Non-Counted
License Priority: Medium

Hello,
weird. The only thing I can think of is to accept the EULA...
conf t
license accept end user agreement
Which file is in your bootflash ? Make sure you have loaded the proper image, which usually is the K9 image:
bootflash:/asr1001-universalK9.03.10.01.S.153-3.S1-ext.bin.
