ASR1001X does not show matches on policy access-list

Hello,

we have recently installed an ASR1001X running asr1001x-universalk9.03.16.02.S.155-3.S2-ext.SPA.bin.

What we noticed is that the

access-lists

used for QoS do not show counters, even though traffic seems to be matched when running

show policy-map interface x

sh policy-map int Gi0/0/2
 GigabitEthernet0/0/2

  Service-policy output: POLICY-PREC

    Class-map: CLASS-PREC (match-any)
      16653903 packets, 3239916215 bytes
5 minute offered rate 123000 bps, drop rate 0000 bps
      Match: access-group name MF
      Match: protocol snmp
      Match: protocol telnet
      Match: protocol ssh
      Match: access-group name SYNK3
      Match: access-group name Silver
      Queueing
      queue limit 64 packets
      (queue depth/total drops/no-buffer drops) 0/0/0
      (pkts output/bytes output) 16654021/3239935003
      QoS Set
        precedence 3
          Marker statistics: Disabled
      bandwidth 3000 kbps

    Class-map: class-default (match-any)
      57582260 packets, 56322798416 bytes
5 minute offered rate 899000 bps, drop rate 0000 bps
      Match: any

      queue limit 4166 packets
      (queue depth/total drops/no-buffer drops) 0/0/0
      (pkts output/bytes output) 57529228/5631814630

Any suggestions?

Thank you in advance,

Katerina

Hello.

To have the statistics you need

Per-ACE QoS statistics

see more details here - https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios-xml/ios/qos_mqc/configuration/xe-3s/asr1000/qos-mqc-xe-3s-asr1000-book/qos-per-ace.html
