Hello Cezar,
ASR 1000 series family can support pay-as-you-grow scalability so memory can increase as you add more users or features. Memory scalibilty of up to 16GB supported by this family.
As memory scalibilty is one of the feature which give supports to below features for upgrades.

It depends on the volume and kind of traffic, not number of user's, per se.
An ASR could pass UC traffic, but I don't recall it supporting direct UC interfaces. I.e. as long as the ASR "sees" standard frames and packets, it doesn't much matter whether it's UC traffic.
Generally even on the low end of ASR 1Ks, you're able to support multi-gig bandwidths.
