Hi Team,
The router ASR1006 we have P2P link terminating on serial interface ( channelized E1 ) which has ppp encapsulation . But suddenly yesterday 6 of our P2P link went down while troubleshooting we observed when we use hdlc as encapsulation link came up . Further on troubleshooting we removed the working link ppp encapsulation and reinsert the ppp encapsulation back but the link didn't came up . We have checked at remote router , and confirmed that on it encapsulation is also ppp . Also service provider confirmed that there is just a transmission in between those P2P which went down , and they don't have provision to set any encapsulation on there end.

Further with troubleshooting , we have terminated the P2P link on the different router and found the P2P link UP with PPP encapsulation .
Also attaching the respective logs for the same & provide me further suggestion on this case if these cards gone faulty at the same time or some other issue

Ashutosh,
Information provided by you is not sufficient. An output of "debug ppp negotiation" at both end of the circuit may help here. You can also try bringing those link out from Multilink and check if link comes up.

Hi Amit,
Thanks for the quick update. We will run the debug & share you the output ASAP.
On the same router there are interface which has ppp and they are working , but once we remove the ppp and reinsert back the ppp serial interface doesn't come up .

Akhil
