ASR920 licensing

dees
Level 1
Level 1

We bought ASR920u licensed with advancedmetroipaccess.

I am trying to understand if the system came with the license installed or will need it additional license upgrade. Also, we had ordered (ASR920-S-A=) was expecting paper PAK to come through, which I don't see in the package. Do I need to go back to supplier?

There is permanent advancedmetroipaccess but if I further go down on output it shows another set which for advancedmetroipaccess . Didn't seem to understand the second set
