If you want to expose your firewall on public network directly, you can assign public IP to it and connect it with ISP. I would suggest you to assign public IP to your router and then connect this router to Firewall by using public IP (if you got an extra public ip block from ISP) or Private IP.

Hi,
Will need more info on your setup. Which device is directly connected to the ISP and how many addresses have you been allocated by the ISP?
Thanks
