ATM issue

HI all,

We have a problem, here is an explanation of the network:

ROUTER-PE ---- ATM CLOUD --- ROUTER CE

There is ip connectivity between the PE and the CE. The status in the ATM pvc for the PE side is DOWN, and it is UP for the CE box. How is possible get ip connectivity while the pvc in the PE side is DOWN?

Hello,

If you have only this atm pvc between the PE and CE and you ip connectivity is ok. then it must be a cosmetic bug that shows pvc down.

can you give the ios on PE ?

when you do sh atm pvc on PE and CE do you see input/output packets increasing ?

Don´t worry about it, there is a confusion about the box installed (names are associated with the wrong PVC).
