ATM Virtual circuit Can not pass any type of traffic

Hi

we have a strange situation, we had some ATM links and they have been worked for several years but three days ago suddenly all of the links goes down. all of the configuration are the same and everything are like before but there is't any type of connection between two side of links while interfaces are UP also PVC is UP but steel we don't have simple ICMP ping.

i need make sure that the problem is from provider side , could someone help me?? i really appreciate it

Hi Amir,

Sorry for late reply. Can you try below?

ping atm interface <ATM interface> <VPI> <VCI> end-loopback

ping atm interface <ATM interface> <VPI> <VCI> seg

If end-loopback is not pinging, then there could be an issue at ISP end.
