Hi,
I am with a problem about "Archive" configuration.
I have this configuration below.
GA-CORE-4500#sh running-config | section archive
archive
path ftp://ftp_core:backupcisco@10.30.1.33/NETWORK/SW_GA-CORE-4500_
write-memory
time-period 10
I waiting for 10 minutes and the Archive is not starting automatically.
GA-CORE-4500#sh archive
The maximum archive configurations allowed is 10.
The next archive file will be named ftp://ftp_core:backupcisco@10.30.1.33/NETWORK/SW_GA-CORE-4500_-<timestamp>-0
Archive # Name

Hi Danilo,
This is the sintaxis I have used before:
archive
path scp://username:password@server_IP/config-$h-$t
write-memory
I was using a Linux server and it works perfectly try to adjust it to your requirements. Also remember to verify the connectivity from the devices IP as source to the server, using ping, telnet or traceroute.
Hope it is useful
:-)

Your config looks right. I am not sure if you are hitting this bug:
