Left site, I have problem configure load balance between firewalls and routers  .

Provide more information, what is the devices in the network, what i IOS code running on it, what is existing configuration ?

both firewall are cluster active active,according to load and latency
links between two site trafic share them

still, that information is not good enough for us to understand :

1. between site how many links you have?

2. you would to Load balance for what?

3. Active / Active in cisco world is Multi context? ( or what FW is this ?)

4. at this stage we can only guess and give a high-level suggestion,

   you need to HSRP / with IP SLA to Load share on 1 router, if that fails it will be moved to another router.

   if you have 2 Link, you can do PBR based on the source address.

but i am sure with this you not going to solve the issue that you trying to do. ( since we are only assuming here)
