BGP between Two ISPs.

Dear all,

we have our own public IP and want to advertise globelly with two ISPs, ISP1 primery and  ISP 2 secondry.

if primery link is down secondry will advertise our prefix,

ISP 1 (AS 100)                ISP 2(AS 200)

            |                                   |

            |                                   |

                      U R (AS 300)

please help

You could use BGP conditional advertisement to do that.
