At site A we have a core router and distrubution router
Site A - AS number 100 (example)
Core router - connected to ISP A with ebgp.
Distribution router - we have done ibgp with core router and 103.*.*.1/24 prefix is used at siteA .

Similarly at site B.
Site B - AS number 200
Core router - ebgp with ISP B , IP prefix 104.*.*.1/24 and site B LAN network are using this prefix.
*No distribution router at site B
we have a fibre link connectivity from site A core router to site B core router and ibgp is established.
Can I use IP-prefix vice-versa in case of site A ISP down, can I pass traffic via site B ISP and also vice-versa. ?
Solution with diagram is appreciated...

Note : have advertised IP prefix at both ISP.
