everything is being config correctly but when i add dns server in the desktop> ip config the whole thing screw up

what exactly is the problem ? There is no DNS server specified in any of your DHCP pools. What are you trying to accomplish ?

Wireless routers cant ping to other client such as dhcp server and face-end user

there are no wireless routers in your network. Which IP address cannot ping which IP address ?
