Hello,

it is impossible to judge from the output you posted what caused the outage. If you are using the default hold timer (180 seconds) the line must have been done for quite a bit.

Is there anything else in the logs ?

Thanks Georg, So nothing is suspecting on our this router
Want to know exact meaning for below 2 lines
Neighbor 182.19.96.17 passive reset (Peer closed the session)
002712: Mar 3 03:04:34.206: %BGP-5-ADJCHANGE: neighbor 182.19.96.17 Down BGP Notification sent

The output means that the problem is likely at the peer, that is, the other end. Is the peer under your administration, or is that an ISP router ? Check with your provider, they should be able to see something in their logs...
