BGP Multi ISP connections and multiple routers query

Hi guy quick question.. I'm learning about bgp and I want to know if is possible to configure AS path prepend across multiple routers and ISPs.

If i understand your questions,

Then yes you can config as prepend to pass many AS of SP 

But 

As you mention you study you must also take look to remove private as from as path.

Yes you can and its a good way of manipulating as paths within the bgp prefix as path sequence for traffic engineering, but be aware if you are performing prepend especially towards and ISP then make sure they are aware you are doing it because they could by default have filtering inplace to negate any received prefixes with extended as-path sequences and as such filter out what you are advertising to them.

what topology are you referring to ? Post a diagram of the topology you have in mind, and indicate which routers you are referring to with 'configure AS path prepend across multiple routers and ISPs'...
