Is this possible? We are running 12.4.8 Adv IP services on an 1841.

Sure it is possible, you need to get the stream audio tcp port number and build access list to block it .
refere to this link for varios tcp/udp ports used for streaning audio and/or realtime video for reference, tcp port 18888 is used for stream audio..

That is a very good reference URL. In your opinion, is 18888 the most common port used by all the various internet radio stations? I am hoping that it is rather than have all of them use different dynamic ports.
