Hi friends, I Have a Catalyst 6509 with a SUP720-3B.
I have nor enough space on my flash card. Is it possible to boot other IOS using TFTP for a test? What could be the correct commands?

You don't say whether you are running CatOS on the supervisor and IOS on the MSFC (Hybrid) or if you are running IOS on both (Native).
Assuming Native then no you cannot boot from a TFTP server. From a Cisco whitepaper -

Thanks a lot Jon for this information. Please just I want to understand my options, running IOS i don't have any chance but runnig CatOS i do.

Yes, there are documents in cisco.com to do that, but I tried recently do it without positive result.
